Half Hour Child’s Lead Rein Introductory Lesson
One to one instruction for your child, this includes horse riding lessons for beginners, some fun and games in the sand arena.

One Hour Childs ½ & ½ Lesson & Lead out (on or off the lead rein).
This is split into a half hour session in the sand arena followed by a lead out or small trek.
Price - €35

Rainy Day Activities
When it is too cold, wet and windy to ride we offer a pony morning experience for children. During the morning, they are taught how to feed, groom and take care of our ponies as well as learn how to tack and untack correctly.  It is a fun way to learn with lots of games too. Times: 10-12noon

Lakeside and Sandybanks Trek
The Keel lake area is a peaceful and tranquil place with lots to see, hence the easy going pace.  It is an ideal trek for novice riders who can walk and trot unaided to experienced level.  It is an ideal trek for families or friends of mixed abilities.  This trek is one and a half hours long.
Price - €45 (€35 During September )

Beach Treks
The area of Keel beach and its surrounding sandybank area provides today’s experienced rider with ample open spaces for long canters and gallops through the surf. The pace is fast and is an exhilarating experience one will never forget!
Our two hour beach treks are for experienced riders who can handle horses at a fast pace in open country.

Deserted Village Trek
At the foot of Slievemore mountain, lays the Deserted village.  It is only accessible by foot or horseback.  Our two hour trek lets the horse do the work for you and enables you to experience the eeriness emanating from such a lonely and empty place.  This is a two hour trek for Novice/Intermediate to Experienced Riders.
